Darren Phelan acts for lenders and corporate clients on a range of financial transactions. Darren focuses on advising financial institutions across the credit spectrum on complex cross-border financings, including investment grade syndicated loans and leveraged super senior transactions. Darren also advises financial advisers on public M&A financings. Darren has completed client secondments to Bank of America and MUFG.
