Aubrey is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie.
Aubrey Zimmerling works with teams to advise public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. She has experience guiding clients through the legal due diligence process in transactions across sectors, such as healthcare, software and technology, transportation, and renewable energy.
Aubrey also supports clients with general business counseling and guidance on entity formation and dissolution, restructuring, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Aubrey serves as the Phoenix office Women's Forum liaison.
Prior to law school, Aubrey taught secondary mathematics from 2013 to 2020 in Denver, Colorado, and Memphis, Tennessee.
