Annabel Massey

Annabel Massey is a bilingual English-French lawyer, dual-qualified as an Avocat à la Cour (Paris Bar) and a Solicitor (England and Wales). Her practice encompasses debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance, with a particular focus on French law and English law governed structured products.

Annabel advises leading financial institutions on structured products offerings across a wide array of underlying reference assets, including equities, funds, commodities, foreign exchange, inflation and other rates. She also acts as arranger counsel on several well-known, high-volume structured products programs.

Annabel also has significant experience in derivatives (FBF and ISDA) and related products across all formats, in particular credit and other fixed income derivatives, repackaging of financial assets and other collateralized funding structures.
