Introduction
Alexandra advises on property capital transactions, development, leasing, and commercial real estate matters with experience spanning all phases of a project lifecycle.
Alexandra is a highly experienced real estate lawyer with strong knowledge in property capital transactions, development, leasing and general commercial property.
A former Senior Legal Counsel at a national retailer supporting the capital transaction and development teams nationally, she has been involved in a number of substantial transactions and in all phases of a project lifecycle.
Alexandra has a strong understanding of the commercial drivers that underpin real estate transactions, and has an easy calm manner that clients value in stressful negotiations and closings.
- Charter Hall | Advising various funds managed by Charter Hall Group in connection with fund through arrangements and the indirect and direct acquisition and disposal of office, industrial and retails properties on a national basis.
- Vicinity Centres | Acting for Vicinity on the sale of regional and sub regional shopping centres (in excess of 30 disposals) in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
- Stockland | Acting for Stockland in connection with various commercial and industrial acquisitions and developments, and disposals in Victoria and New South Wales.
- Data Centre Operator | Acting for one of Asia-Pacific region's leading hyperscale data centre operators, in its acquisitions of land in Australia, including most recently leading a team acting on all aspects of the acquisition and development of a data centre precinct.
- Data Centre Investor | Advising a data centre investor on the acquisition and development of a significant land holdings including advising on the structuring and all aspect of the transaction documentation.
- Allianz Real Estate Asia - Pacific Pte (now Pimco) | Advising Allianz Real Estate GmbH in relation to the indirect acquisition of a 50% interest in Darling Quarter Sydney, the acquisition of two student accommodation buildings in Melbourne and the development and leasing of its head office in Wynard.*
- ESR Funds Management Limited | Advised ESR-REIT on the Australian aspects of the $1.4billion acquisition of 100% of the units in the ARA Logistics Trust by way of a trust scheme of arrangement under Singaporean law.*
- Heathley Investment Group (now Centruria) | Advising on the development and long term leasing of various healthcare sites in Australia.*
