Haley Chapa

Haley Chapa represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in M&A and financing transactions. Her clients span a variety of industries, including software and technology, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, equipment distribution, and clean energy. 

Haley also has experience negotiating commercial agreements for both large hospital systems and healthcare technology service providers. Prior to her legal career, she spent several years managing the implementation of electronic medical record software for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, working closely with clinical staff to develop detailed reports to track key quality metrics and identify areas for improvement at a facility level.
