Andrés tiene una amplia experiencia en el sector energético (incluyendo hidrocarburos, electricidad y renovables), sector minero, agua e infraestructuras. Presta asesoramiento en el desarrollo de proyectos, operaciones de fusiones y adquisiciones, así como en arbitrajes, a nivel nacional e internacional, particularmente en América Latina.
Andrés también presta asesoramiento en una amplia variedad de asuntos regulatorios y mercantiles dentro de los sectores anteriormente mencionados.
