    Perkins Coie ECVC Team Advises Heven AeroTech on $100M Series B Funding

    LOS ANGELES (December 3, 2025) - Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Heven AeroTech, a pioneer in hydrogen-powered Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), on a successful $100 million Series B financing led by strategic investor IonQ, a leader in quantum computing, alongside returning investors that included Texas Venture Partners. 

    The financing round values Heven AeroTech at $1 billion. Founded in 2019 with global operations, Heven AeroTech specializes in hydrogen fuel cell propulsion for extended-endurance aerial systems. Its flagship Z1 platform achieves flight times exceeding 10 hours and ranges of over 600 miles, delivering unprecedented operational capability for defense, public safety, and commercial missions.
