LONDON (April 3, 2025)—Perkins Coie is proud to announce that its European Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice has been awarded the CEE Deal of the Year and Deal of the Year Bulgaria for 2024 by the CEE Legal Matters Awards.
The European M&A team won the CEE Deal of the Year and Deal of the Year Bulgaria awards for its work advising PPF Group on a 2.15 billion euro sale of 50% and one share in PPF Telecom Group's assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovakia to UAE-based Emirates Telecommunication Group Company (e&). The Perkins Coie M&A team was led by partner Jan Andruško and included senior counsel Jan Jakoubek, and associates Iva Čechráková and Lukáš Pavlík.
The CEE Deal of the Year Awards is a prestigious recognition that celebrates the most significant and impactful transactions in Central and Eastern Europe.
