Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie represented Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. on its equity investment as cornerstone investor in the initial public offering on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by Momenta Global Limited. The cornerstone investment amount is the Hong Kong dollar equivalent of US$20 million, subscribed as part of the International Offering.
