Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Elevra on C$65 million convertible notes issuance
Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Elevra Lithium Limited (Elevra) on the issuance of a C$65 million upfront tranche of convertible notes to a subsidiary of Canada Growth Fund Inc.
The upfront tranche forms part of Elevra's broader financing package, consisting of equity financing and a second tranche of convertible notes, helping to fund the North American Lithium Brownfield expansion and Elevra's strategy to increase annual production capacity and reduce costs.
