Zane counsels clients on commercial transactions, privacy, and regulatory matters in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
Zane Chowdhry drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements and data processing agreements for AI companies and the entertainment industry. His practice also includes providing product counseling regarding privacy compliance and advising on regulatory issues.
Zane maintains an extensive pro bono practice. He has significant experience representing clients in complex immigration matters, ranging from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services applications to litigation before immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
