Yi Ming is head of real estate investments for Asia.
Yi Ming Choo is also director of Ashurst ADTLaw* focusing on M&A and joint ventures.
Yi Ming has advised on a number of the most significant real estate transactions across Asia. She is experienced in advising on investments in real estate platforms, including for data centers, industrial and logistics properties, hotels, student accommodation, shopping centers and offices.
Yi Ming started her career as a Justices' Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

- CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) | Advising on the S$3.9 billion proposed acquisition of Paragon, a premier freehold integrated development comprising a retail podium and medical and office towers, from Cuscaden Peak - among the largest single-asset commercial property acquisitions in Singapore.
- PGIM | Advised on its joint venture with Northstar Capital to acquire an industrial property located at 51 Tuas View Link, Singapore.
- Founder of SC Capital Partners, Suchad Chiaranussati | Advised on the acquisition of Fusion Hotel Group, a wellness-focused hospitality platform with 18 operating properties across Vietnam and Thailand.
- CapitaLand Investment | Advised on its joint venture with Elegant Group on The Clementi Mall, providing real estate advisory services and taking up a minority stake in the asset.
- A consortium of investors | Advised on the acquisition of Link Hotel, a heritage hotel located in central Singapore.
- Founder of Soilbuild Group, Lim Chap Huat | Advised on the sale, alongside Blackstone, of a $1.6 bn portfolio of industrial assets held by Soilbuild Business Space REIT to a Warburg Pincus - Lendlease JV platform focused on life sciences and R&D real estate.
- Frasers Property and TCC | Advised on the sale of Northpoint City (South Wing), Singapore to Frasers Centrepoint Trust for $1.17 bn
- Recap VI (an SC Capital fund) | Advised on the joint venture with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Goldman Sachs Asset Management to acquire a US$900 mn portfolio of 27 hotels in Japan from Daiwa House Industry.
- The buyer | Advised on the acquisition of a 49% stake in Elementum, a biomedical life-science development, from Ho Bee Land, based on an agreed property value of S$555 mn.
- ST Logistics | Advised on the acquisition of 7 Changi South Lane, Singapore, a logistics property comprising a lot area of more than 15,000 square meters.
- Soilbuild | Advising on the acquisition, development and forward sale of strata units at an industrial site at Lok Yang Way, Singapore.
