An experienced IP lawyer, Win provides his clients with practical, responsive, and business-savvy counseling.

Winfield "Win" Martin advises clients on all aspects of trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and internet and domain issues. He helps clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies in establishing and protecting trademarks and copyrights, and he designs and implements complex enforcement strategies to protect them.
