Introduction
Will is experienced in advising both private and public sector clients on complex projects in the infrastructure (including defense) and energy transition sectors.
Will has a depth of experience advising private and public sector clients across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors. In particular, Will has worked on complex mandates in the defense, transport and energy transition sectors including advising on a number of greenfield infrastructure development projects (including PPP and RAB model procurements).
