Introduction
Prior to his retirement, Bill Emer practiced for more than 40 years in the firm's Labor & Employment group in the areas of traditional labor relations, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, class actions, labor and employment counseling, California and federal wage-and-hour counseling and litigation, and the representation of employers before administrative agencies.
