Introduction
Willa works in the firm's Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Counseling practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Willa Wu worked as an IP law clerk with a national law firm, working in both IP litigation and IP prosecution. She also spent one year working in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (WashU Law School), providing pro bono representation on IP matters to inventors and businesses in the Midwest.
Willa earned her J.D. from WashU Law School, where she served as executive editor for the Washington University Law Review and was on the board of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She received her B.S. in actuarial science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she gained extensive knowledge in fintech, AI/machine learning, and predictive analytics.
