Vanja Podinic is a tax controversy partner with over 14 years of experience practicing in both Australia and the UK, with a focus on income tax, transfer pricing and litigation. She has acted across all stages of dispute and litigation for a broad range of multinational clients across key industry sectors, including technology and digital, mining, hospitality, automotive and pharmaceuticals.
Vanja has significant experience in assisting multinational clients across the entire tax disputes life cycle, including evidentiary issues, and complex reviews and audits. She helps her clients with managing relationships and dealings with the ATO and international tax authorities to reach appropriate outcomes and resolutions. Vanja has a strong corporate tax background and a deep understanding of key tax technical issues that impact multinational clients of all scales and operations.
