Travis Nye

Travis Nye has experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, construction litigation, patent infringement matters, and a range of commercial disputes. His work also includes settlement conferences, transactional due diligence, trademark risk analysis and clearance, and end-to-end discovery. In a previous role, he handled criminal matters and gained extensive courtroom experience, including trial and motion practice. 

Travis also brings an in-house perspective from three secondments, supporting legal teams at a major online retailer, a social media company, and a timber company.
