Tom is a global disputes partner focusing on high-stakes disputes and investigations, for corporate and financial services clients.
Tom Connor is Division Co-Chair of Litigation, Investigation and Advisory on the Global Leadership Team of Ashurst Perkins Coie. He focuses on advising major investment banks, financial services firms and corporates in connection with whistleblowing internal and regulatory investigations and related disciplinary proceedings and litigation.
He has particular experience in advising financial services clients on derivatives, structured product disputes, wealth management claims and market abuse investigations, and has assisted clients in resolving disputes in jurisdictions around the world. His experience also includes advising clients in relation to Parliamentary Select Committees.
As part of Ashurst Perkins Coie's wider sports practice, Tom also acts for clients in the sports sector, handling commercial and contractual disputes and related investigations.
