Introduction
Tina has more than 25 years of experience advising clients in bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, cross-border insolvency matters, and related litigation.
Tina N. Moss represents key stakeholders, including secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, creditors' committees, equity holders, commercial landlords, Chapter 7 trustees, and liquidating trustees. She handles all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 15, and cross-border insolvency proceedings. She has also litigated numerous bankruptcy- and insolvency-related issues, such as preferences and fraudulent transfers, director and officer liability, substantive consolidation, equitable subordination, claims disputes, and plan confirmation. Tina represents major financial institutions in their capacity as indenture trustees, agents, or lenders in connection with bond and loan facility defaults. In complex restructuring and liquidation scenarios, and in cross-border insolvency proceedings, she helps clients exercise their post-default rights and obligations under debt indentures and loan agreements. Tina also assists clients with serving as members of official creditor committees, participating in the negotiation of issuer reorganizations and restructurings, and defending and prosecuting litigation claims.
