Tim Regis

Tim Regis' practice focuses on two main areas: mixed use residential development for leading listed developers and acting for funds in relation to all aspects of their portfolios (including set up), particularly in relation to logistics. He has acted on a number of high profile real estate joint ventures for both investment and regeneration projects. Tim leads our logistics sector and data center sectors.

Tim is ranked by Chambers for his skills in real estate and is listed as a 'Next Generation Partner' by The Legal 500 UK. Tim is the joint Multiculturalism champion for Ashurst Perkins Coie globally and is a lead partner in the firm's BAME working group in London.
