Introduction
Prior to his retirement, Tom Platt represented clients in employment litigation; counseling and defense in the areas of labor relations, collective bargaining, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and Washington’s Public Employment Relations Commission; grievance and interest arbitrations; and class-action lawsuits relating to wage-and-hour and related claims.
