Introduction

Prior to his retirement, Tom had more than 40 years of experience at the firm representing clients in the areas of aviation, product liability, and tort litigation.

The primary focus of Tom McLaughlin’s practice involved representing a commercial aircraft manufacturer in lawsuits that arose out of aircraft accidents and that were pending in federal and state courts, as well as courts of foreign countries.
