Terence O’Rourke

With more than 12 years of experience in the e-discovery industry, Terence O’Rourke collaborates with lawyers and clients to design cost-effective review workflows and innovative discovery technology solutions. He serves as the primary point of contact for case teams, from collecting client data to analyzing and producing that data. 

As a Relativity Certified Administrator, Terence has experience consulting on the best and most cost-effective uses of the Relativity document review platform, including identifying and validating search terms to target data for review, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and using advanced technology to create efficiencies and improve work product throughout a project's lifecycle. He also has experience managing effective document reviews. 

Terence's work as a lawyer has given him experience across a broad range of matters, including white-collar litigation, patent litigation, bankruptcy, product liability, construction, and due diligence matters. In addition to Relativity, he has experience with a variety of discovery technologies, including DISCO, Concordance, Kroll Ontrack, Clearwell, and Viewpoint.
