Tauhid has advised on all types of structured finance and debt capital market transactions and their related restructurings in a wide range of asset classes, including auto loans and leases, SME loans, residential and commercial real estate, infrastructure and social housing, equipment leasing and insurance, and has also acted on debt portfolio sales and related financings, balance sheet management transactions and Solvency II driven transactions.

He has advised a variety of key participants on these transactions, including lenders, arrangers, bondholders, originators, funds and swap providers, and has written and spoken widely in respect of securitizations and structured finance and related regulatory and market developments.
