Susan provides document review services for commercial litigation and investigations across regulated industries, government enforcement matters, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Susan L. Guthrie supports clients in complex litigation and government investigations in matters involving the internet and social media, telecommunications, construction, product liability, aviation, digital currency, financial services, the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare programs, federal campaign financing law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the UK Bribery Act. She has experience evaluating complex factual issues and providing analysis in preparation for deposition and trial.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Susan was a commercial litigator. In this role, she focused on factual investigations, legal research, written discovery, deposition, and motion practice. She was also responsible for directing a paralegal team in gathering and analyzing evidence in gray market product litigation. Susan is an experienced negotiator and has handled settlements in cases involving mass torts, product liability, IP, consumer protection,, and Native American law.
