Susan Estes

For nearly a decade, Susan R. Estes has supported high-stakes litigation for multiple Fortune 100 companies. From DOJ subpoenas to multidistrict litigation and international investigations, Susan has experience managing changing priorities, identifying issues, and counseling her team to ensure accurate work product. She has performed first-level review, quality control, and privileged log in matters involving product liability, aviation investigations, environmental investigations, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, patent infringement, Hart-Scott-Rodino second requests, and Section 203 of the Communications Decency Act. 

Susan has also been seconded to a client's legal department, where she managed custodian interviews, data collection, and organization. She worked with outside vendors and the client's information technology department to comply with forensic processing and collection. 

In addition to serving clients, Susan maintains Ashurst Perkin Coie’s NewLaw practice’s social media presence on LinkedIn and X and counsels practice group members on strengthening their social media presences. Through her marketing experience, she also works directly with clients’ marketing departments to review social media content, checking for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
