Introduction
Steve represents clients in company formation, financings, M&As, strategic alliances, and commercial contracting.
Steven E. Ducommun guides clients on corporate governance, financing, and formation issues; research and development arrangements, including biotech, life sciences, and ag; and commercial matters, including technology commercialization, licensing, manufacturing, and distribution. Steve works with companies in a range of industries, including biotechnology, food and procurement, AI, robotics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, ag tech and agribusiness, and technology.
Steve represents companies in acquisitions and sales, serving as primary outside counsel to all stages of companies, from early- and growth-stage to mature companies.
