Steven is a litigator focusing on complex commercial and consumer disputes.

Steven S. Beale has represented small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in federal court and private arbitration. Steven's experience includes helping clients resolve commercial contract disputes, internal investigations, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class actions, and environmental challenges. During the 2020 election cycle, he worked on voting rights cases in states including Nevada, Georgia, and Illinois.

Steven clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While attending Duke University School of Law, he was the editor-in-chief of the Duke Law & Technology Review.
