Stephen represents clients across industries in complex commercial disputes and government investigations.
Stephen Hogan-Mitchell maintains a broad-based civil litigation practice encompassing commercial disputes in state and federal court as well as arbitration. Stephen also represents clients in government investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Stephen also has experience advising clients in the fintech and digital assets space on compliance with anti-money laundering requirements and money transmission laws.
