Introduction
Stefan represents clients in IP matters involving trademark, copyright, media, and brand protection.
Stefan B. Blum's trademark experience includes prosecuting trademark applications; counseling clients on trademark and brand creation, selection, maintenance, protection, and domestic and international filing strategies; conducting trademark clearance searches; managing multinational trademark portfolios; monitoring and managing domain names; and investigating infringement claims.
Stefan also counsels clients on copyright license agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and IP audits. He also has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications across biological, chemical, software, and mechanical technologies.
