Stacey advises companies from initial formation through growth, including equity and debt financings and corporate acquisition.
Stacey Strong counsels private companies across industries and at varying stages of maturity on corporate governance matters and financings such as angel investments, traditional venture capital financings, and private equity transactions. She also has experience advising clients on M&As, enabling her to guide them through an ultimate exit.
Stacey has played an active role in forming and developing Tree City Trailblazers, a cohort of Boise entrepreneurs who learn and support one another through Trailhead Boise. She also volunteers for Boise Pitch Night and Boise Entrepreneur Week.
