Skyler represents startups and emerging companies throughout their corporate lifecycles.

Skyler Gray works with emerging technology companies in all stages of development, including entity formation, general corporate governance, venture capital financings, and beyond.  

Prior to focusing on startup work, Skyler served as deputy legal counsel in the Office of Legal Counsel for Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, providing advice to the mayor and his senior staff on all legal and policy areas, including those regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, assisting with the court’s multidistrict litigation, which contained more than 70,000 products liability cases.
