- TPG Telecom | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and lenders in the A$2.4 billion senior facilities to leading ASX listed telco group.
- Colonial First State/KKR | Advised the lead arrangers providing US$1.75 billion US term loan B acquisition facilities to KKR to acquire a majority interest in the Colonial First State funds and wealth business.
- Pacific Equity Partners / JLG take-private | Acted for the mandated lead arrangers and underwriters in the senior secured facilities to finance the take-private via scheme of arrangement of ASX listed John Lyng Group.
- CVC/PAG / Australian Venue Co | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and underwriters in the snior secured facilities to CVC and PAG to acquire majority ownership stakes in leading hospitality group, AVC.
- Arnotts / KKR | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and lenders in the senior secured facilities to KKR to acquire Arnotts Biscuits and subsequent refinancings.
- Probe CX / KKR | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and underwriters in the cov-lite First Lien / Second Lien senior acquisition facilities to KKR to acquire Probe CX.
- Pacific Equity Partners / Modern Star | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and underwriters in the cov-lite First Lien / Second Lien refinancing and recapitalization of PEP's Modern Star.
- General Atlantic / El Jannah QSR | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and underwriters in the covenanted A$ unitranche acquisition facilities to General Atlantic to acquire a leading QSR business.
- Seven West Media | Advised Seven West Media in its senior secured facilities and refinancing in the Australian loan market.
- APA Group | Advised the mandated lead arrangers and lenders to APA Group in its Australian syndicated loan facilities and Asian Term Loan.
