Sharon Liu practices primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
She has broad experience advising listed companies and private equity clients, and has acted on a number of high-profile M&A transactions across various sectors.
Sharon also has particular experience in investment funds and has acted on both investor and sponsor-side mandates, having worked in Ashurst Perkins Coie's Global Investment Funds practice in London.
