Introduction
Sarah is a real estate finance partner in the global loans group in London. She focuses on UK and European real estate investment, development and structured finance.
Sarah Watkinson has considerable experience acting for equity investors, corporates, funds and developers, raising and restructuring debt financing in the UK and Europe and is experienced in joint venture, fund and limited partnership structures, tax saving schemes, "opco/propco" structures, loan portfolio sales, back leverage, lending alliances and development funding and all types of real estate investment transactions.
Sarah also has extensive experience advising UK, European and US lenders originating and restructuring syndicated and securitisable senior and mezzanine debt secured over portfolios of UK and European real estate.
Sarah is listed in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.
