Sara advises sponsors, corporates and management teams on private equity investments, M&A, and public-to-private transactions.
Sara Hamzawi has significant experience advising sponsors, corporates and founders and senior management teams on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on private equity investments, public and private company M&A and public to private transactions.
In 2022, Sara was named as a Law.com International Private Equity Rising Star and a MergerLinks Rising Star. The Law.com list highlights the best up-and-coming talent within the UK and European legal industry and the MergerLinks list comprised the top 25 lawyers most active on listed company deals. In 2024, Sara was named as a Future 40 Leader by Private Equity International.
