Introduction

Ryan counsels clients on the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information, and oversees and manages document reviews and other discovery-related tasks.

Ryan Parietti has worked on a range of discovery matters, including insurance coverage disputes, false advertising claims, trade secret litigation, Federal Trade Commission second requests, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency information requests. He has conducted responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege review, as well as compiled privilege logs, performed redactions, designed targeted searches, and administered quality control. 

Ryan approaches discovery from an analytical, rules-based perspective, but applies his creative learnings to assess how each document fits into the larger picture of the case. He has completed LexisNexis' CaseMap Certified Administrator Program and has experience with Relativity and Concordance. 

While in law school, Ryan was named a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
