Ross represents credit funds banks and private equity sponsors on leveraged finance, distressed debt and special situation lending.
Ross Ollerhead advises banks, funds and private equity borrowers on all aspects of leveraged loan finance, including senior and super senior debt, unitranche, subordinated facilities, dividend recapitalisations, amend and extends, and financing for bolt on acquisitions. Ross also has extensive experience acting for both creditors and debtors in distressed situations, ranging from covenant resets through to enforcement scenarios.
