Ross is an experienced practitioner who has advised on some of Australia’s largest restructures and insolvency administrations.
A respected senior figure with more than 30 years of experience in the restructuring industry, Ross has acted – and continues to act – on some of the largest restructures and insolvency administrations in Australia over the past two decades.
Ross is a past president of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) – the first lawyer to hold this position – and was appointed a life member of the organization in 2023.
