Introduction
Robyn advises clients on trademark selection, prosecution, and protection across a broad range of industries including financial services, education, consumer products, software , manufacturing, and entertainment.
Robyn Shelton works closely with clients of all sizes on branding strategy, conducts trademark clearance searches, and advises on trademark registration domestically and internationally. She manages global trademark portfolios and handles matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, Robyn has experience providing strategic guidance on enforcement of IP rights, negotiating consent agreements and disputes involving domain names.
