Introduction
Rob provides e-discovery services, including document review, case research, and memorandum drafting, with experience in tools such as Relativity, DISCO, Everchron, and their AI components.
Rob Adams has experience in Annex 13 and 49 C.F.R. § 831.13 investigations, product liability litigation, environmental litigation, Dodd-Frank investigations, shareholder derivative actions, antitrust, and M&A matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance and second requests. His work also includes patent infringement litigation; breach of contract disputes; internal corporate investigations; investigations involving the DOJ, SEC, and FTC; and class actions.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Rob was a litigator. His background includes motion practice, deposition and trial preparation, witness interviews, and jury and bench trials in civil and criminal cases.
