Rizaldy Tauhid

Rizaldy focuses on banking and finance transactions, with particular emphasis on projects, infrastructure, and debt restructuring. He has extensive experience advising sponsors and lenders in relation to the financing of large infrastructure projects, including downstream mineral processing plants and facilities, power projects, and transport infrastructure such as railways and toll roads. Rizaldy has led the OSP team on all Indonesian law and onshore financing aspects of some of the largest infrastructure projects in Indonesia over the past decade and has a strong track record working with leading international and Indonesian commercial lenders as well as Chinese financial institutions and export credit agencies. Rizaldy is also an experienced lawyer in advising lenders and sponsors on major debt restructuring transactions in Indonesia.

Rizaldy advises Indonesian and foreign clients on various toll road projects in Indonesia, major infrastructure and project finance transaction. In addition, Rizaldy has extensive experience in listed bond issuance and debt securities issuance in Indonesia.
