Introduction

Rhea is an associate in the Litigation practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie.

Rhea Sheth earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif,  served as an editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal, was an active member of the South Asian Law Students Association, and received the Dean’s Leadership Award for her work as a Critical Lawyering Skills mentor. She also earned a B.A. in integrative biology from the University of California, Berkeley. She is involved in various areas including class action defense, antitrust, privacy and data security, and general complex litigation. 

Rhea’s pro bono work includes obtaining protections for victims of domestic violence and assisting with trial preparation for a criminal defense matter in federal court.
