Rachel Wu advises companies through the full business lifecycle, including entity formation, reorganization, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and M&A exits. Rachel also represents strategic investors, funds, and family offices across investments in a variety of industries, including initial investments, follow-on investments, and ongoing management of portfolio companies. She counsels companies on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, capitalization table management, and securities law compliance.
