Introduction

Pierre has a particular strength in leveraged finance where he advises both debt arrangers and private equity sponsors.

Pierre Roux has extensive experience in a wide range of complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on leveraged finance advising debt arrangers (including debt funds and financial institutions) and private equity sponsors. Pierre has also considerable experience on corporate finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring.

Pierre is a member of the Paris Bar.
