Pedro Ester

Pedro Ester is a partner in our corporate practice in Madrid. He focuses on all types of M&A and private equity transactions, both Spanish and international, and has extensive experience in general corporate matters, investment and joint venture agreements. He has also acted in real estate, banking and finance transactions.

He has advised on the buyer and on the seller side in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions involving industrial and private equity players. He has also performed the company secretary role for several Spanish companies.

Pedro has wide experience in transactions involving industrial firms as well as real estate investments and investments in regulated sectors such as energy and transport. Some of his key clients are Coca Cola Iberian Partners, Abertis, Corsair Capital, Neinver and Jacob Holm.

He is also the partner responsible for firm's pro-bono work in Spain.
