Patrick leads our Global Loans and Global Markets practice in Asia. He has nearly 30 years of experience advising leading banks and exchanges, fintech companies, proprietary trading firms, state-owned and multinational companies on complex transactions and issues across the region.

Patrick has been recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a leading practitioner for over a decade. His practice spans financial regulation, fintech and payments, product regulation, technology transactions, emerging technologies (including AI), privacy and data protection (including data governance and data breach incident response) as well as derivatives and structured transactions (often involving novel features).
