Introduction

Patricia is highly experienced in complex tax matters and is well known for her commercially minded, pragmatic advice.

Patricia Allen has been advising on tax for over 30 years and has a practice that covers a wide variety of tax structuring and fund related tax matters. Patricia has a particular focus on fund taxation including fund establishment, carried interest structuring, investor taxation and the structuring of underlying transactions. Recently Patricia has advised on a property finance fund with a Qualifying Asset Holding Company, and a number of Luxembourg based real estate and debt funds. Patricia also has a particular interest in management incentivization structures and private equity and venture capital transactions.

Patricia is a member of the Business Tax Sub Committee of UK Private Capital (formerly BVCA)
