Introduction
Nigel works with a broad range of private credit, bank and corporate clients on complex finance and restructuring transactions.
Nigel has over 42 years' experience advising on leveraged finance, infrastructure finance and restructuring transactions. He has particular experience in cross-border, special situation, liability management, net asset value, preferred equity and back-lever transactions.
Nigel is listed in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. He is a member of the Financial Law Sub-Committee of the City of London Law Society and the author of multiple legal and market analysis papers.
